Office Coordinator

General Description:

VanAire, a military friendly employer, is accepting applications for a part-time Office Coordinator. This person will help our office operate effectively and enable employees to perform to their highest ability. This position is Monday through Friday, from 9 to 3. Hours are negotiable, during working hours.

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Oriented
  • Able to pass a drug screening, including marijuana.

Education and or Experience:

  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred associate’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field.

Duties:

  • Reception duties: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • File management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring accurate document storage.
  • Project coordination: Supporting project teams with administrative tasks, managing deadlines.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Starting wage range: $15 – $19 per hour, determined by education and experience
  • Simple IRA match up to 3% of gross
  • Potential for growth and advancement
