With multiple sizes available and flow rates that start from 10 GPM up to 1,500 GPM, a VanAire DAF rental can tackle any thing you throw at them. These units are delivered to your site and integrated with your existing systems with minimal effort.
Rental sizes include:
310 DAF, Flow range 10-30 GPM (Trailer mounted)
618 DAF, Flow range 50-100 GPM
624 DAF, Flow rangę 50-200 GPM
725 DAF, Flow rangę 75-200 GPM
824 DAF, Flow range 100-300 GPM
1048 DAF, Flow range 100-1,500 GPM
The VanAire Pilot Trailer
A fully-contained DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) system that can be used for testing before purchase or rented on a short-term basis depending on your needs.
Features of a VanAire DAF:
Air Vent Valves
A ball valve is mounted on top of each Saturation Tank. They vent a small amount of surplus air to avoid turbulence caused by large bubbles in the DAF.
Saturation Tank Headers

Rotameters
Injected air volume is adjusted and monitored with one Rotameter per Saturation Tank.
Modular Aeration Skids
Modular aeration skid, common to our 150gpm, 300gpm (shown), and 450gpm aeration units, has a footprint of “approximately” 6′ x 4′ and stands 6′ tall.
Pump and Motor Subassemblies
100GPM and larger aeration pumps and motors are mounted on a subassembly which is attached to the main aeration skid via three spherical washers to reduce external force inputs that influence pump and motor alignment.
