Proprietary & Precise
One of the key differentiators of a VanAire DAF system is the ultra-fine bubbles that we can consistently create. In order to accomplish this we created our own proprietary system of BOV (Breakout Valves). When the aeration pump discharges at high pressure air is injected and dissolved in the Saturation Tank then carried to the Breakout Valve where a pressure drop is controlled by an adjustment of the handwheel on the Breakout Valve. This pressure drop causes saturated air to come out of solution creating a fine bubble cloud.
