Our client DVO Inc. has unique product that can extract energy from agricultural waste which directly affects the bottom line. With over a dozen VanAire DAFs across the country, and growing, they’re uniquely positioned to discuss how our approach to wastewater can be used a variety of environments. Just in the dairy industry only they process the manure of 450,000 milking cattle every day.

We visited one of their installations at the largest dairy farm in Wyoming, Burnett Enterprises – home of over 6,000 head of cattle, to discuss how the DVO system removes the volatile solids that would otherwise go into a lagoon and get stored, processed, and emit CO2. DVO breaks down the waste, thereby reducing their pollution potential, and in so doing, they are creating renewable energy.
